Had the black band around it. Also had the white seal on the inside. When I opened and took my first scoop to put into the drink I noticed something foreign sticking out. Pulled it out of the scooper and it was a piece of brown cardboard. First time ever buying this product, and the very first scoop has that in it. Flavor is good, still drinking it and it mixes well. Besides that not a bad product. I knew everyone was going to say “you poked the paper into the powder” but you can clearly see that it is white. The object is like a piece of cardboard.
