For it's price it's good quality easy to build it's definitely water proof better size for a cat comfort all depends on what u put in it it smells clean like fresh pine it's about an inch thick on all sides and overall good value for money

Real easy assembly, sturdy comfortable, rainproof cathouse. Took no time at all to assemble. My cat took a week to get use to it but is totally comfortable with it now. Yes, I can recommend this pet house.
