Raspberry Ketone Plus - (60 Capsules) as seen on TV by Evolution Slimming

I have used a few versions of this product and found this brand to be the best. I have taken this product on its own and along side the detox pills. On my first month my stomach was flatter and i lost 7 - pounds. I find that this product really does help the curb those snack cravings and along side a senisble diet you will see results. With other brands i got side effects , being light headed and feeling overly full, but with this product i got none of those. Take with a meal or just when you feel like a snack and it really does help to make you feel full ( comfortably) and process fat quicker. I now order every month and take with me every. Great price and good sensible results

i tried these and found that they never worked not even a little bit and i did take them correctly. i tried them to see what all the fuss was about i can not see the benifit in spending out on things that dont work

When I opened my package and a flyer dropped into my lap advising that if I were to leave a 5 star review of this product on Amazon I would be able to claim a free bottle of these I immediately began to get concerned. Why would anybody be willing to give away a free bottle of these fabulous tablets unless.........?????. I have now been taking them religiously for around 10 days and have noticed absolutely no changes whatsoever, nothing at all.Guess it's my own stupid fault for believing all the hype about Raspberry Ketones,can't really blame the seller. To put into perspective just how useless these tablets are it would be the easy route for me to simply do a quick glowing write up,award 5 stars and call the seller to claim my free bottle....they are so poor that I don't even want them when they are FREE.I strongly advise others not to go wasting your money.Perhaps there are one or two individuals out there who have benefited from taking these,who knows? All I know is they are totally ineffective for me.

I was very pleased with this product and found it helpful for the reason why I bought it and have passed on my views to friends and family to try as well, would not hesitate to tell others either.

I was feeling more sleepy and then dizzy since started these. So I come off after three days. If you want weight loss, my advice to anyone, follow the high protein low carb diet. High protein makes you less hungry. I also always have a protein shakes for breakfast then a protein dinner. I fast inbetween which leads to weight loss and I don't eat anything after 6pm. I'm now 15lbs lighter after 40 days.

When I read the reviews etc well. let's just say I was highly sceptical. However, I began taking these on Monday 10th June and weighed myself today, Friday 14th June and I have lost an incredible 9 lbs! I haven't done anything different, the diet that I've been on hasn't changed, my gym routine has been the same. The only difference I can think of is that I've not been snacking late in the evening as I have in the past. I've simply not been hungry! So I WILL be buying more of these as they work for me! Oh! And if you're worried about taking these with other meds? I have Type 2 Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol, for which I take regular medication (all pills), and I've felt no side-effects yet what-so-ever!

Bought this product on it's own and have taken it for a month. I have not seen any changes in my weight during that time. However some sites do suggest using it in conjunction with a colon cleanse. Maybe it works better in tandem?
