I have worked with some blue EL panels that were considerably brighter than this. I was hoping the green would do better as this is a simpler color to make. I expected the illuminated area to be a little bit smaller than the measurements given, but still disappointing. The actual illuminated area is about 5.4" by a 7 7/8".

Used this for a Space Ghost costume. was easy to cut, and hooks up to a USB charger

Worked perfectly for almost 24 hours. After that an irratating high pitch buzzing hum is audibly heard. This was the USB cable with transformer model.
