I would've given this product a 5 stars anyway. But recently I had to work with their customer service department and it made me wish I could give it 10 stars. The product is great. Exactly as advertised. Suction cup holds strong, great variety of blades so it works for multiple dishes and products, and it's super easy to use. My kids love to help shred cheese or carrots, or slice potatoes for dinner. Just an overall great appliance that we use multiple times a week. The plastic around the blade that we use the most (purchased the product almost a year ago) recently cracked. I messaged the company asking if I could purchase a new set of the blades. But instead of letting me buy a blade set, they just sent me an entirely new unit for free. Couldn't be happier with this product or Susteas as a company.

I had a smaller rotary grater, everything, cheese in particular got stuck in the chute. Not with this one! I can grate a 2 pound block of cheese in a few minutes. Suctions well to my granite countertop, easy to assemble, much easier to clean with the pop out blades vs the full cylinder blade in the smaller version. I’ve used the slicing blade to cut meatballs for pizza topping - works best on a partially frozen meatball. I’ve had no clogging issues. Much faster than my cuisinart and much easier to clean. I do not put it in the dishwasher as imagine the heat would be not be kind to the plastic. I don’t like pre-shredded cheese this rotary grater pays for itself - block cheese is less expensive per ounce than shredded, tastes better and doesn’t have the anti-caking agent on it that keeps cheese from melting properly. All in all a great grater!

This is the second rotary cheese grater I have purchased. The first one lasted me about a month until I decided to shred a potato for hash browns and the top twisted because the blade was too dull and broke the little tab that holds the top in place. After doing some more research I found this one came highly recommended and fixed one of the major issues I'd had with the other grater.. those stupid tabs holding the handle in place. The handle would pop off the grater mid use and the blade would come out. This SUSTEAS grater has a handle that screws in place. That sucker is not working itself loose while using. That makes it a much better design. The suction base is very strong when used on the right type of surface, but even my slightly textured countertops are able to hold it in place. The blades are incredibly sharp. And I love the julienne blade for making hashbrowns. Pop a potato in there and this grater makes quick work of turning it into the perfect size sticks for has browns. The set of blades is well thought out and really covers any need you would have for such a tool. There's one for making the perfect cheese shreds, the julienne blades in two sizes, one is good for smaller foods and one for larger items like those hash browns I mentioned. Then there is a slicer and a rippled slicer. Those are also great for potatoes or dressing up salads with some beautifully cut veggies. If you're like me and have been considering purchasing one of these, go for it. This is coming from someone who also owns the Kitchenaid attachment, but this grater is actually quicker and easier to use and clean. Not to mention the downward angle of the blade means I don't have to stop every couple seconds to clean out the barrel.

I love this food grater! It makes grating various foods a breeze! Cleanup is easy too - usually a quick rinse under the tap is all it needs, and is dishwasher safe too. I gave it only three stars because I feel the storage case for the extra blades needs some sort of cover. The blades are super sharp and I sliced one of my fingers grabbing for the blade box and getting a part of the slicing blade instead. The cut wasn’t too bad, but could have been avoided by having a lid on the box. I made a cloth cover, but if you don’t sew, I would recommend putting the blade box in a zip bag to protect your hands. Overall it is a great grater!

Works really well. Need to use it more but I really like this product. Just smoked a bunch of cheese on the smoker so Ill have to take this thing out and use it more. Different grating sizes,ease of use and cool design. The suction cup feature really stabilizes unit to counter tops keeping it from tipping over!!!

I couldn’t be happier with this grater. It handles large items effortlessly — cheese, meats, vegetables — everything grates smoothly with very little effort. The blades are sharp and efficient, making prep work so much faster. I made an Italian sour dough loaf and needed to chop many items and this grater made dicing everything a breeze! What I love most is how easy it is to clean. It washes up quickly without food getting stuck, which is a huge plus. The quality is excellent for the price, and it feels sturdy and well-made. I was so impressed that I bought several as gifts. Highly recommend!

Great cheese grater. It is very easy to use and clean. It stays put while you use it and doesn't slide all over. It is sturdy and lots of different choice on grating different foods. I love it.

Love this cheese grater! Very easy to use and clean. So far only used it to shred cheese. If you find suction doesn’t work well, try it on another area of the counter. I like how the other blades have their own holder for storage.

Good value and easy to use. Suction is not brilliant so keep having to reattach, easily done however. The item is lightweight and clean looking so I have it on the counter top for ease access. Great attachments that work well, speeding up food preparation and are interchangeable and easy to wash.

Rape très bien les carrottes, a voir si il dure dans le temps, ça force quand on remplit la cuve, et la manivelle semble assez fragile. 5etoile le 3mars 2026, mais susceptible de changer selon la durabilité. Sinon comme je m'y attendais le plastique prend la couleur de la carrotte des le premier usage et c est indélébile... Pas d étoile en moins pour ça car je le savais par expérience avec d autres modèles.

Das Gerät hat uns nach den ersten 10 Tagen im fast täglichen Einsatz voll überzeugt und ist eine enorme Arbeitserleichterung in der Küche. 1. Stabilität und Befestigung (Saugfuß-Leistung) Die Stabilität des Geräts ist absolut überzeugend. Der starke Vakuumsaugfuß hält auf der Arbeitsfläche bombenfest und verhindert jegliches Verrutschen während des Reibevorgangs. Wir haben bisher erfolgreich Gouda (im Block) und verschiedene Gemüsesorten gerieben. 2. Kurbelmechanismus und Kraftaufwand Die Bedienung mittels Kurbel ist sehr leichtgängig. Der Kraftaufwand beim Reiben ist deutlich geringer als bei einer herkömmlichen Handreibe. Der mechanische Vorteil der Kurbel macht die Zubereitung großer Mengen schnell und ermüdungsfrei. 3. Vielseitigkeit und Reibergebnis Mit den 5 mitgelieferten Trommelblättern ist das Gerät sehr vielseitig. Die Auswahl der Klingen ist gut und bietet für alle gängigen Anforderungen eine Lösung. Das Reibergebnis ist hervorragend – gleichmäßig und sauber. 4. Reinigung und Handhabung Die Reinigung ist überraschend einfach. Das Gerät lässt sich echt schnell und unkompliziert zerlegen. Wir haben die Teile bisher immer mit der Hand abgewaschen, was schnell und problemlos funktioniert. Das beiliegende Fach zur Aufbewahrung der Trommelblätter ist zudem sehr praktisch. 5. Fazit und Qualitätseindruck Das Gerät ist fast täglich im Einsatz und der Qualitätseindruck ist nach knapp 10 Tagen richtig gut. Die Kunststoffteile wirken stabil und der Mechanismus funktioniert einwandfrei. Die SUSTEAS Käsereibe ist eine klare Kaufempfehlung für jeden, der regelmäßig reibt und Wert auf Stabilität, geringen Kraftaufwand und einfache Handhabung legt.

works quite well. only did cheese so far but that's the reason I bought it so everything else will be bonus. very sturdy and really sticks to counter. my only complaint is maybe should be slightly taller to get better dish under it cause dish I used had to keep being re-adjusted
