I guess it's a case of working it out yourself.

Probably good if you're consistent
Arrived quickly and a very well illustrated book with excellent pictures demonstrating the facial exercises. There are also sections explaining which exercises to do for certain face shapes and to address different problem areas. But to be honest it takes approximately an hour to complete them all properly with good form. After about a week, I knew how to do a lot of them without constantly referring to the instructions. I did feel my facial muscles working and afterwards there was a burn with some of the exercises so I'm sure they would have a positive effect with consistency, like any exercise program. However, after 2 weeks I stopped as I was having to schedule in an extra hour to do them in an already busy evening. My problem I know. I will definitely return to them in the near future when I have more time to spare. It's a 5 minute fix, if you only have a small facial area to address which requires only one or two exercises (I wish..). Otherwise this requires dedication and commitment to see real results. Personally I would prefer a facelift but this was a way cheaper option lol.

A beautifully made book
I am been highly interested on the topic of facial massages and have been getting those by Eva Fraser, Carol maggio and others. This one is a beautiful book and so appealing, visually. I havent done the exercises but it seems very thorough and full of great information. As far as I can tell, I do recommend it.

not the best book for face exercise
The book cover is very brittle, the exercises for the eyes are not trustworthy and hard to follow. You may end up with more lines.

I have had other facial exercise books, but this is the best by far. The photos are large, in color, and show clearly how to do the exercise. There is also a thorough description of how to do each exercise, how it should feel if you are doing it correctly, and what muscles you are strengthening. It is divided into sections for differenc parts of the face. I could feel the tightening of my muscles within days and have seen tremendous improvement in the weeks since I have been using it. It just takes a few minutes each day. I started out by focusing on problem areas, and now I rotate different areas by the day. I wish I had started doing this years ago.

I am not new to the concept of doing facial exercise and believe that they do make a difference. This book is very comprehensive and easy to follow. There are explanations and diagrams of the muscles you are targeting with each exercise as well as a photo of the actual movement required to achieve each one. I am into my second week of doing the whole program daily and my face feels the benefit of doing so. Easy to follow, pleasant to do and the results in how I feel and inevitably in how I look are worth the time spent. Facial exercise is time well spent and this book is definitely money well spent. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose.
