M-Player Compatible with iPod Nano 7th Generation(16gb Blue)

This is exactly what I was hoping for.

We can debate whether then screens condition is minor cosmetic damage, but what makes this unusable is the battery can't hold a charge, which required me to plug it into my computer where I was asked if I wanted to sync with MRP's itunes. So the ipod was also not factory reset before sending. This would be a great way to side load malware onto someone's computer. This is a frustrating return because I'll be spending 2x on a new one as it's the only shipping option that can arrive before Christmas. And I still don't know if it will arrive in time. These things can happen. I'm sure the seller is beyond swamped with orders during the Holidays, but the condition of this product was completely unacceptable.

I'm having a really hard time trying to just exchange an item I bought and it didn't work. Amazon has no one that you can talk to directly and it's frustrating !!! No Help!!!
