What can I say… It DEFINITELY works. My advice - don’t start with 20 drops, just trust me on that one… I went for a hike and almost didn’t make it back to the car. 10 drops is more than enough.

I first tried this as an American traveling abroad in Europe. I’ve never found tablet laxatives super effective, and the liquid options in the USA are often large volume and taste awful. This has almost no taste, the dosage is only 10 to 20 drops, and it’s very effective. I don’t get as much cramping either. It’s expensive because it’s imported, but it’s worth it for me.
