Weigh or measure your hair color. ALWAYS. I went from dyed medium brown hair to platinum lengths and a dark blonde root smudge using this alongside all my bleach and color (2 bleachings w/ 20vol and one Shades EQ 7nb+8n demi gloss on the root). My curls are perfectly intact and my hair is still bouncy and lively. I do need to continue some heavier deep conditioning treatments to replace the lost moisture from the processing as this is NOT a conditioning treatment, but my hair is in excellent shape. But now I use this product and give myself a deep condition once a week. DO NOT eyeball this! Just added this into my bleach and did my new growth, which it's not even time, rinsed it out after an hour and not one single hair came out of my bleached head....
