Will this remove OLD vinyl tile glue from existing OLD vinyl tile floor in my OLD apartment?

Yes, it will absolutely take the adhesive off. However, even though it says "low odor", it's pretty pungent. We used it for an area of about 10 ft x 3 ft, in our basement, and it smelled up the whole 1000 sq. ft. basement, the 1000 sq. ft first floor and we could smell it in the second floor too...
