Are the seals and grommets replaceable

I don’t know what you mean by grommets, but the main seal from the drain in the toilet into the tank is replaceable.

What size bolt for flange?

It doesn’t come with a flange . If your floor flange is not cracked or leaking you can reuse it. Same screws .

Is gasket and hardware to mount included?

The toilet comes with a rubber gasket, bolts and nuts to attach it to the flange in your trailer.
