Installation was super easy and looked great. Does a good job to protect the watch until you need to replace the screen protector. The package includes 2 glass protectors and one titanium ring. The titanium ring doesn’t hold very well to start with but then once removed to replace the glass protector it gets worse and does not hold onto the watch. Poor application design. Maybe they should be including 2 titanium rings instead of just one. Update: I was able to contact the manufacturer. Talk about amazing customer service. They reached out to me and offered a full replacement. After applying the new titanium ring, I've had no issues with it falling off. The trick is to make sure your watch surface is clean and free of anything that would prevent the ring from sticking. I've updated the ratings to 5 stars to reflect the excellent customer service and good quality of the product.

**UPDATE** On May 26th a few days later after I contacted the seller regarding the issue described below, I received a replacement item free of charge. Like the first one, the quality and aesthetics are 100% on point. I installed it and I hope this time around it doesn’t fall off. The communication and resolution from the seller was super fast, this guys stand behind their product and I appreciate that. I upgraded my rating from a 1 star to a five stars because as a consumer all I want is to receive what I paid for, and as I know things happen sometimes, these guys tried to make it right and they did. Edge protector is made of metal, it matches the watch’s case nicely, it feels like it offers protection however, the adhesive used is garbage!!. It kept falling off until it finally fell off, I didn’t notice, and it got lost on the second day.

Previous review: I really wish I could like this product, but it simply doesn't work. I installed following instructions and found the titanium bezel protector falling off the very next day. Adhesive is not sufficient for this purpose. Update: the seller reached out to me saying I must have gotten a defective product. They sent me a new one free of charge. I put it on my watch and so far it has been great. I waited a week before updating my review just in case. Since I put the new protector on my watch I’ve done a lot of fairly intensive things. Working on my truck, yard work, metal fabrication, renovations on my house. So far this thing is holding up great and it’s definitely protected my watch bezel against some knocks.

UPDATE: Fantastic customer support. The below issue was resolved completely and promptly by the supplier with kind words and a pleasant demeanor. Updated review for product and seller. I installed it a few hours ago following the instructions carefully. The protector went went on easily and the bubbles worked out easily with the mounting device still on. After a few hours the glass has become un-bond around the edges. It can be pushed back down but comes back up in minutes. I’ll likely try the second glass. Fingers crossed. Light reflection in the photo to help show the lack of adhesion.

Unique and clever installation device make perfect placement of the screen protector dummy proof. Real titanium bumper is a perfect match for the watch and looks factory installed, actually improves the look of it. 10/10 would buy again. Price is a bargain for how good it is Update 8/21/24: It worked. I banged the watch on a brick. I had lost the metal frame bit in February 2024 when I was on the tower of terror in Disney world and smacked it on the wall while I was peeing my pants, so the only thing on the watch was the clear glass protector. I honestly couldn't tell if it was on the watch or not, as I forgot if it was there. I was worried the actual watch was cracked but after picking at the edge for a bit I was able to lift up this protective glass covering that I put on so long ago. What a relief. Pics attached. Reordered a new one for next day delivery. This product is perfect. Reviewers complaining must be doing something wrong IMHO.

At first I was impressed by the quality of the glass and bezel. The packaging was superior as well. But after two months of use there’s two things that I don’t like about this product. First is, the screen application, I’ve installed countless screen protectors over the years and never have I encountered a product that was this difficult to remove bubbles from during installation. At first I thought it was because the glass is so thick but that’s not the issue. The issue is the adhesive, for some reason you can lift and rub all you want and that bubble will go away at first but it’s almost as if the adhesive where the bubble was just won’t stick anymore giving the illusion that the bubble is still there. My second issue is the bezel, it’s great quality but the adhesive is weak, I’ve gone through all of my bezels already and I’m only on my first screen. The reason is that the bezel gets bought on my short sleeves and the adhesive is very weak, they lift off very easily. I’ve tried cleaning the surface better before application and it doesn’t make a difference. Mind you I’m not a very active person, I sit behind a desk all day, this should not happen from simply putting on and removing clothes. But my biggest issue with this product is the customer service. Mind you I RARELY write reviews. I’ve got hundreds of Amazon orders completed on my account and I can count on one hand the numbers of reviews I’ve written. But the difficulty that I when attempting to contact this company for both the “installation video” which doesn’t exist, and then to express my current issues just drove me mad. The website listed on their Amazon customer support page is no longer active, live support from them is not available, and Amazon customer service is, well you know how that is. So after all of this frustration I felt the need to come leave this review. You have been warned. What you do from here is your choice but don’t say I didn’t warn you.

No bubbles, no issues with touch screen and sticks great.

I just received my kit today and I had to install it to see how it fit. I did a dry run with the screen protector frame to see how it fit the bezel, fit perfectly! Got the watch crystal all cleaned, went over it with the sticky dust removal strips, checked it with a flashlight for dust and installed it. It went very well, perfectly centered and no air bubbles. Sadly like most of my screen protector jobs, one tiny speck of dust under the screen protector, bummed but really can't see it unless the screen is turned off. Like others have mentioned, wish it came with two bezel frames so you could redo the whole thing if need be, I would pay extra for that luxury. Only thing I wonder about, how well does the bezel frame and screen protector come off? Hopefully they will come off with out any left over residue. Very pleased with this kit and will no doubt buy another to have it on hand. Thanks for a great product!!
