Revolutionize your pricing strategies and achieve unprecedented success in the market – TODAY! This is your Pricing Roadmap. Review: Insightful, Concise, and Well-structured - This book is maybe the best $3 I've ever spent for my career. I needed a primer for some work on pricing our company's software, and this went well-beyond. It lays out a robust yet intuitive framework for approaching B2B SaaS pricing, and is chock-full of examples. Nearly every page gave me an insight worth writing down to use at work. It also aligns with what I've seen succeed/fail in ad hoc pricing exercises we've had in my past, which quickly built my trust in the author's experience. Review: Great book for newbies or more advanced - The author caught my attention right away by comparing SaaS to trains because the analogy made a ton of sense. I went through a rigorous startup accelerator (Founder's Institute) and found that the info in this book was very accurate and in line with what we heard each week from investors. This book is also great for talking not just about how you price when you start, but how do you scale it? What are the structures you set yourself up for success with that have stability but also some room to grow? I really enjoyed the breakdown of users, customers, product in terms of an iteration of customers. This book is great for beginners, but also has valuable pricing info if you're further along in the process but really stumped on how to set pricing.

Lot’s of great insight, sometimes too technical
Lots of great insight in the book, but parts were maybe too technical and too much in the weeds. I’d also have liked more insight into Good better best options and how they maximize revenue. The book talks about tiers, but more as jobs to be done.

Pricing Genius Who Covers Everything
Very impressed with the thoroughness of Ulrik. Often times authors don’t go into enough detail and keep things too principled with insufficient tactics. On the other hand, Ulrik has covered both. He covers the main point or principle but also gives you quick and easy to understand examples. Very glad he published this book. It’s a golden nugget in the pricing strategy space for B2B SaaS companies.

Amazing book
This is likely the best book on pricing I have ever read. It's not just knowledgeable and insightful, but also incredibly entertaining. Reading it feels akin to diving into a classic thriller or detective novel by Conan Doyle. I would highly recommend this book to anyone involved in pricing, or simply to those desiring a quality read from the world of business.
