After only 2 uses it has improved my post partum urine leaks by A LOT. I can totally notice the difference. I had a few questions about the mA to use so emailed the company and received a very quick friendly reply. If you are unsure about which mA to use, just go slowly. I've seen a review saying it hurts and it can hurt if you go too high too quickly. I followed the recommended start of 30mA and that was too much for me. So I went down to 25mA the first time and that was much better. You can feel a tingly sensation when it starts and after a while you can feel your muscles contracting. I find that increasing the mA slowly throughout the workout works for me. I prefer to do the workout lying down, usually at bedtime while I'm reading a book. Don't imagine doing it sitting down with the base of the probe sticking out, tried it once and felt a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I went from 25mA to 50mA in only 4/5 uses, and for me that's amazing and totally recommend!

Don't waste your money. This worked great for about 6 weeks then abruptly stopped working. I think it's a cable issue but cannot find anyone to contact for replacement. I rarely leave reviews but feel strongly about this.

I bought this as I had not looked after my pelvic floor so much so you could feel it bulging down below as everything was really low, not helped by age, two children and gravity, but also self admittedly I just hated doing Kegal exercises. I couldn't do them, remember to do them, do enough of them Anyway - decided enough was enough and extreme action was required. I purchased the kegal Angel about 6 weeks ago and have some very pleasing results after using daily. I have managed to orgasm through non mechanical means multiple times, even achieving some firsts, which is incredible feeling having really struggled with this all my life. I feel able to hold everything in when I need the loo. It had got to the stage I was weeing before I got to the loo. Very embarrassing. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

I've been using the Kegel Exercise for a few days now. It's easy to use and the instructions are simple to follow, but I can't tell yet how effective it is. I would like more information than is available in the booklet on how to monitor and progress the exercises. I've contacted the company but had no reply so far, and can't find the information I'm looking for online. For this reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

I was unable to see the strength and full programme functions of this product when purchasing it. I hoped that as it was supposedly a new model, expensive item that I would be better and stronger in its effect than other machines. Even with the discount, I was shocked to receive an item that just looks like a standard, cheap, plastic, mass made gadget in slightly fancy packaging, but not even so much as a battery included with the grand sum of nearly £150!!!?? Once I was able to inspect the contents of the box and read the instructions, I realised that this is an average machine of basic strength - it only goes up to 30, where some cheaper machines half the price, go up to 50 in strength, or more. I returned this for a full refund and have since purchased the Tens PPE at less than half the price £65 which is working great. I’m not a believer in gratuitous spending. Simply spending the most you can - buying the more expensive ones on the market, doesn’t necessarily guarantee the best quality. Shop around people!

Having suffered for many years with stress and urge incontinence I took the plunge and purchased the Kegel Angel. After 3 days I noticed an improvement. It’s now been nearly 2 weeks and there is an improvement each day. I will continue to use this as I am very impressed so far. I would highly recommend this product.

I really like this product, very easy to use. Had the Kegel8 since 2006; this is an updated version. The probe supplied is similar to that of the Athena and gives great connectivity. You’ll notice the difference almost immediately. Every woman should have one of these. You will need to get your own 9 volt square battery and a water based lubricant gel as these are not supplied.

De momento muy contenta, percibo las pequeñas descargas y la contracción de los músculos. No me permite acceder a la página web para acceder a las instrucciones en español y sacarle todo el partido al aparato.

Funziona bene, ha molti programmi, tutti validi.

Mon bilan, après 4 mois d'utilisation... très très bien ! Utilisé un soir sur deux, c'est vraiment mon meilleur appareil (après avoir utilisé une autre marque) ; très performant (mon "état" s'est amélioré), facile d'utilisation, par contre il faut aller sur leur site pour dénicher le mode d'emploi en français (ça aide, même si on se démerde en anglais), de façon aussi à utiliser le bon programme par rapport à son problème ; quant à la durée de vie de la pile de 9 volts, à peu près 2 mois... pas mal ! Et si l'on a une question, ne pas hésiter à les contacter sur le site, ils sont très réactifs. Donc malgré le prix, je recommande à fond cet appareil !

j'ai 76 ans , je cours régulièrement, constatant quelques fuites urinaires je veux renforcer mon périnée. L'appareil me paraissait bien, j'ai constaté des améliorations après 3 semaines d'utilisation tous les jours, mais malheureusement ,avant- hier, sensation d'électrocution !!!! hier : toujours pareil !!! je vais en acheter un autre reconnu par la sécurité sociale. mm Duchesne
