Also had to pay $10 for just a shipping box to send it back in and it’s very hard to fold and fit inside a box, shipping this item back was a struggle.I recieved the replacement and this time it was new and fit my trampoline. Now to just hope this lasts. Customer service was good, they reached out to make sure everything came as it should and I appreciate it that.
