I discovered Barebell Protein Bars about 18 months ago. They are the best protein bars I have every tasted and the only ones I have ever repurchased. I have tried many of their flavors, and while they're all good, I definitely had a favorite--Salty Peanut. Then I tried Caramel Choco, and now I have two favorites. These bars are every bit a tasty as a candy bar, have no added sugar, and have an impressive amount of protein. Top it all off with a reasonable calorie count and a good price, and they're a winner all the way around. I like to cut these bars into 8 pieces and grab 1 or 2 when I start to get hungry or am craving a treat. I keep them in small air tight containers--one in the kitchen and one in the car. I also keep full bars around for a quick meal replacement. I have at least part of a Caramel Choco or Salty Peanut bar everyday. It's a sweet I can feel good about eating.

I get a lot of protein every day and it’s a chore. These are great, taste amazing, no digestive issues and no aftertaste. Fantastic product.

Great for a protein boost, 16 grams in each bar. Great tasting. No weird chalky texture that some bars have.

I had heard several good recommendations for these protein bars, so I guess I did not read the list of ingredients before buying. I was so surprised and disappointed to find they use artificial flavorings. I choose not to eat them, and wonder why a product designed for people who are active and working out and hiking, who need to renew their energy, would contain anything artificial? We are people looking to better our health! I will be warning my friends against this product.

The best protein bars out there. The macros are perfect plus it’s a healthier alternative to sugar filled chocolate bars.

I got two different kinds including the caramel choco pack and the variety pack, and I did not receive everything I was supposed to in the variety one. I opened the box to about 9 bars instead of 12, so obviously I’m disappointed with that. But anyways, here’s what I think about them all Variety Pack (Cookies and Cream, Chocolate Dough, Caramel Cashew, Salty Peanut): I like salty peanut the most, it tastes like snickers and genuinely doesn’t taste like protein bars. Caramel cashew tastes similar but no crunchy peanuts in it. Chocolate dough is like a dense dark chocolate fudge bar with crispies on top, and cookies and cream has the same and tastes like cookies and cream obviously. They all have those crispies on them although, the crispies are only crunchy and flavorful on cookies and cream as well as chocolate dough, which honestly I don’t like. It’s a nice texture but it tastes like salty coconut? The crunchies on those two kind of ruin it for me. But otherwise I think they are good. Caramel Choco: Its suuuuuper dense. These are pretty good, they taste like chewy Twix without the wafer, and are very filling. When I tried it I ate half after eating nothing all day and it suppressed my hunger. They’re pretty yummy

Love the texture and flavor! Best protein bar ever

These are by far the best-tasting protein bars I’ve ever had-nothing else even comes close. Unfortunately, there’s a consistent quality issue with the Soft Bars that keeps me from rating them higher. The problem is that the bars are frequently melted. Because of how they’re boxed, there’s no way to tell until you open the package, which means you’re stuck returning them for a refund or exchange and hoping the next box is better. This has happened repeatedly and across multiple retailers, so it’s clearly a shipping or handling issue, not a store-specific problem. I contacted Barebells directly, and the response was simply to blame the vendor rather than address the root cause. That’s disappointing given how good the product could be. I’m giving 3 stars for now because when these bars arrive in good condition, they’re phenomenal-but until the melting issue is consistently solved, it’s a gamble every time you buy them.

These taste like a mix between a milky war bar and a mars bar. There is a slight after taste but it's not unpleasant and I would imagine normal for a protein product
