This stuff has saved my hair! I recently had a lot of hair loss due to an extremely stressful year. I thought I was going bald! I went to the dermatologist they confirmed it was stress hair loss and recommended trying biotin. After researching many other brands, this one stood out for the minimal ingredients and the safety. I love that it isn’t a huge list of ingredients and added vitamins since I already take a multivitamin. I have had no gastrointestinal side effects, which is surprising, since I tend to have a sensitive stomach. I have been taking this stuff for about six months now. My hair loss is minimal now and I no longer mourn every shed piece of hair in the shower. I have noticeable baby hairs coming in and my scalp shows less. My nails and skin have also improved in health and brightness. The lemon taste is good but does have a bit of an unpleasant smell that you have to ignore. Highly recommend.

These vitamins have been so helpful and I have seen a difference in hair regrowth and skin health postpartum. I had bald patches and significant hair loss at 4 months postpartum (when I started taking these) and now I am 6 months and my baby hairs are 3/4 inch long and my bald patches are filling in. My skin has typically always been prone to breaking out as well and since being on these it has been so clear. I haven't changed my skin care regimen one bit but I have less breakouts. They’re very soft and chewy and taste like lemon. You do need to take these consistently to see long term results. I took a couple week break while moving and noticed my breakouts came back in those weeks probably due to stress, lack of sleep, and not taking these. I will continue to buy this long term

I use this as a postnatal and it has a strong lemon candy. Taste is very soft and gummy.

These are so super overly sweet. Although looks like the sweeteners are all natural and that's great. Just the really softness and sweetness of gels aren't great. Have decent flavor. Kind of tastes like a strong Starburst.

My favorite everyone saying postpartum hair loss this has keep my nails and skin and hair strong and skin with all the hormonal changes it beign on point I will totally recommend for any momma I’m on my second can , in 5 weeks postpartum and love them will use them until 8 week postpartum since I had a c section

Tastes alright - not my fav flavor, but it’s nice and sweet! Easy to chew. Haven’t been taking them for too long so I can’t say how effective it is for my nails and skin just yet but I think it will work well based on these other reviews.
