The padding first off is very comfortable and the neck shaping pad fits very good when overloading the olympic bar with heavyweight. Before using this Item I had been wanting to squat more than 300+ pounds without the back of my neck getting pressed on. So this item has eliminated that. The velcro straps are a Plus for keeping the pad in position on the bar. Works very well and everything fits in the bag it comes with. I do legs twice a week so carrying this in a bag helps when going from leg workout to the next. Ive had this item for a month now and I do not have any cons to say. If anything us costumers are the cons for getting a great deal in our favor for this Item.
