Really keeps you calm
These work excellent! They keep you calm. No gitters or side affect.

Placebo or a lot of research about the effects of this supplement? You decide but I'll share my experience. Yes! These taste great in my humble opinion. Kinda like a plum, date or red grape. There is a lot of studies showing how the ingredients in this supplement can aide in better health. I was skeptical but as I am getting older I find it harder and harder sometimes to find patience. I take two of these daily and I feel calm, more collected and present.

Calm without feeling out of it.
If you've dealt with anxiety for a long time, this can really help take the edge off, it doesn't completely erase it, but it helps you feel calmer and more clear-headed instead of overwhelmed. I've started taking these regularly, and I've noticed it helps me settle down enough to actually breath and think without feeling panicked. It's not a cure-all, but it definitely makes a difference. I'd highly recommend giving these a try if you're looking for something to help manage daily anxiety.

This supplement works! Felt the benefit on the 1st day. Calmer without feeling tired. Gummies taste good. I have confidence in this brand (Nature Made).

Ok taste but not effective
Others have stated they think these taste unpleasant, but I don't think they are too bad, just very tart. As far as their effectiveness goes, however, they really don't seem to have any sort of potency. I was going to utilize them to assist me with settling down prior to sleep, but they are useless for that. I'll stick to cannabis.

The best calming product I have used!
I have bought this over 10x. Wonderful product that actually works. You can feel it working but doesn’t knock you out at all. Just really takes the edge off.

Double scoop of yummy
I don’t know what’s in these but they make me pass out within one second of swallowing (in a good way) I highly recommend these to anyone who is a fan of gummy chews.
