I have extremely aggressive arthritis that affects every single joint in my body on a seriously painful level and as a result, have found it VERY hard to find products that genuinely provide decent, long-lasting relief for my symptoms...In the past 15 years, pertaining specifically to this [lumbar/back] issue, I have tried a plethora of different back supports that offer a varied & generally limited range of relief from such aches & pains.I had pretty much given up hope as I have owned & tested so many, from generic versions, to medical-grade variants (and even improvised ones), but never found that 'complete' support which provides a solid, consistent 'resting-point' + comfortable, long-lasting support... until I decided to test this one...Honestly, this back support is EVERYTHING I have ever been searching for my whole life!..It offers such a life-changing level of support that I was almost upset that I had not found it before!I mean, I have used similar ones, but they always ended up causing unbearable discomfort or irritation in some way, which is what makes this product stand-out from the rest...I feel no discomfort, no persistent urge to re-adjust the belt in any way, no need to take breaks or use it in an unconventional fashion; it is perfect the way it is and it is also versatile!It is of reasonable, sufficient size that actually covers the area which back supports are supposed to - most others usually fall short or are way too small and keep 'riding' + folding up/down frequently, whereas when wearing this belt, it will stay in the desired position without any sort of movement whatsoever, until you decide to take it off (sometimes that has been for up to 20 hours during a bad 'spell' with my arthritis).The best part I like about this belt, is that you don't need to tighten it whilst you are putting it on (like a lot of other belts) or have to tighten it via a single strap on one side to give yourself awkward/off-balance support that gradually becomes slacker - you literally just strap it loosely/normally around the body first, with the main strap and then the 2 bands, either side, are the mechanism by which you tighten the belt and, by design, allows you to have FULL control over the level of support the belt provides, specifically tailored to your personal needs + the straps can be re-adjusted at any time, whenever you wish, without having to lose support!Wearing this belt for the first few times really enlightens you to the significant difference it makes to improve your posture and effectively reduce/eliminate the aches & pains in the spinal region!This is the best back support belt ever! An all-rounder that scores major points in every field.It's an exceptional product which can swiftly eliminate any developing injuries that I would otherwise sustain during my 'worse' stages/phases (which come without warning, at random times), so I always keep it within reach for whenever I get that distinctive 'stabbing-ache' sensation in my back.The support struts are not intrusive and can NOT be felt (well, not individually, not like they are 'poking' you), you can not distinguish between any of them whilst wearing the belt - it just feels like a satisfying 'squeeze' that contours to your body, at whatever pressure you adjust it to...I personally believe that the belt is of perfect 'thickness', not too thin, not too thick... just right.One thing I can say for certain, is that, the materials are of a remarkably high-quality and the level of care that went into the design of this product, makes this a masterpiece!True craftsmanship skills went into the production of this belt and I am grateful for that!The different materials have a superior, incredibly exquisite 'feel' to them and appear to be highly durable/resistant to damage + wear & tear - it's like a premium product but it is affordable; a real bargain for a great-quality support belt - I would definitely recommend this, without question!I use it all the time!(It does, inevitably, make you sweat a little underneath, but that's to be expected of a decent support belt - it's the comfort + support + relief that counts!

This lumbar support belt has been an absolute godsend! I have osteopenic bones with a loss of vertebral body height and a T12 spinal fragility fracture, so my back pain has been excruciating. While pain relief medication helps, wearing this support belt makes a massive difference.​The light rigidity and adjustable fit provide excellent spinal stability, allowing me to walk much farther than I could without it. It’s extremely comfortable over or under clothing, though the thick material can get a bit warm during hot summer days.​My physiotherapist agreed it’s a great support tool, though she advised against wearing it 24/7 to prevent core muscles from weakening—which makes total sense.​The belt is very well-made, quick to put on once sized, and the strong Velcro fastening holds securely. I hand wash and line dry mine; it cleans easily, dries quickly, and maintains its shape. If you suffer from severe back pain, I highly recommend this support belt over any other!

Really happy with this support, a colleague recommended it and it has lived up to the expectation. Comfortable, good adjustment, good quality. I am using this as support for my back due to a bulging disc and I has made a difference and given me greater movement. Would definitely recommend.

After tweaking my back, I bought this immediately to replace the previous version. It is a good replacement, comfortable to wear and very supportive in all the right places.It does the job.

Good evening,I have just received the product which came quickly and neatly wrapped I open the product which looks well made and tried it on its a great piece of kit I have general lower back ache due to a lot of driving and working as a joiner, I put the back support on as soon as I opened it fit perfect with plenty to spare I am a 36" waist and opted for the Large as soon as I fitted it round my waist I could feel the additional support around my back but as soon as I pulled in the elasticated straps the difference was unbelievable I could really feel the support and getting up and down with out twinges especially when I have been in one position for a while ,I decided to watch a film in bed with it on not sure if it was the additional back support I was not used to or the lying down with the support on but my back ached quite a bit afterwards, any undeterred I had a site meeting in London so I decided to where the support for the whole journey which turned out to be 5hrs down 2-3 hrs in the meeting 5 hrs back and a couple of service stations stops, the first thing I noticed is when I stopped on the way down for a coffee when I normally get out of the van I usually have a sharp twinge none of the plus the bel is really comfortable while driving so I finally got home 13-14 hrs later and removed the support no sweating and more important my back felt fantastic normally after a day like this I have some irritable back ache intact its the good and comfortable I intend to try it golfing as my back aches at the end of that ,I'll get back to you on that I am also tiling my Kitchen floor I'll let you know how that goes, just to say this is a great product and gives plenty of support especially for the price, if you have a few back issues this will certainly help.

The other reviews are completely accurate, this has been a miracle for my back pain. I dont write reviews but i felt i had to share with anyone who's suffering, the relief it has given me is incredible. Ive suffered long term with back pain but this summer it went past the point where i could manage it. I started with my chiropractor in July and he is truly a magical wizard. With his help I am now pain free in my upper back, neck and head. The origin of it all is in my lower back and it is still very soar. 3 wks ago he went on holiday and i was in terrible pain. Literally having to lie flat with cold packs a couple of times a day. How was i going to last 3 wks without him ... so i bought this. This belt not only supports it relives the pain. Honestly pain free. It helps when im bending by preventing me over stretching, it allows me to sit in a chair again without cold packs, i can stand and talk or work without pain. It is fantastic. When i went to my chiro today and showed him he is so impressed hes taken the details to recommend it to others. He explained it is compressing my lower back keeping the skeleton in place and allowing the healing to take place. Hes told me to wear it as much as i want, it is genuinely aiding my body's recovery. Also i can slip my cold pack inside it which is brilliant for when im at work and still need to move around. As others have said, best £25 spent! A good chiropractor is worth their weight in gold and cold packs are life saving but this belt is the final piece of the puzzle.

Not hugely convinced by the effectiveness of this item. It does feel like it encourages a little better posture but don’t think it’ll really do much in terms of supporting the muscles in the back. I guess I expected it to be a little more rigid. It appears well made and is comfortable to wear, though does get a little warm after a while. I’m still using for the reminder to correct my posture, but in terms of relief for lower back pain, your results may vary.

It does the job described and like any belt of this kind will be hot and sweaty when the weather is hot, as a support it is good and adjustable, better worn over a T-Shirt but not attractive, it does help mobility and is not too thick, overalll very pleased with the belt.

Cette ceinture est parfaite pour moi. Elle soutient et protège très bien le bas du dos sans être une gêne. Elle peut se régler à la taille grâce aux bandes élastiques velcro, puis il est possible d'ajuster le serrage de la ceinture avec des sangles supplémentaires attachées à la ceinture. La composition du matériau est bien pensée et suffisamment efficace et aérée pour évacuer la plupart de la transpiration lors de l'utilisation.Je l'utilise principalement pour faire du jardinage (comme retourner le potager à la fourche-bêche) et après deux heures de travail, je n'ai aucune douleur aux lombaires. Bien sûr, lorsqu'on travaille penché, il faut régulièrement ré-ajuster la ceinture qui tend à remonter légèrement le long du torse, mais c'est un problème commun à toutes les ceintures de maintien. De plus, il n'y a aucune gêne de compression de l'abdomen, elle est très confortable.J'ai acheté cette même ceinture une seconde fois pour mon père (plus de 80 ans) qui m'en a fait des louanges et qui l'utilise régulièrement.Un produit efficace donc depuis plusieurs années, et bon marché.

Efficace e comoda da portare anche per l'intera giornata. Molto utile in moto per non affaticare eccessivamente la schiena.
