Review: Cheap but effective - Bought the pack of two as a temporary fix for my old sofa as I’m having trouble finding a new one to fit through the narrow doorway and hall of my flat. It arrives vacuum packed, but very quickly plumps up into shape. There was an odd smell, but I sprayed with febreeze and left overnight before putting on my sofa. My sofa seat is fixed, so I simply placed the pads on top - they come with a piece of mesh which helps with grip to stay in place - and have covered with a bright coloured throw. It’s like I have a new sofa! So far, they seem quite firm but comfy and are staying in place. Very happy and it means I can wait longer to find the perfect new sofa.

Ordered this as one side of our two seater sofa is not now supportive enough for my Husband. Although on the thin side it does give very good support. It comes with a piece of non-slip perforated latex that helps to keep the foam in place. I left it out for 24 hrs before inserting under my sofa cushion. I cannot see it from the front and it is definitely better to sit on, although my Husband says it's quite firm. Frankly I would take that as a good thing - that is what it is supposed to do after all! Would recommend.
