It arrived in multiple boxes but all were delivered on the same day or 1 day after, it was very well packaged so it arrived without any damage and brand new, it was very easy to assemble with a detailed guide included in every box. The sofa itself is of high quality materials, seems to be very durable and it’s super soft and comfortable, I love that it’s completely modular and can be arranged in many different ways depending on how you want it. The price is reasonable compared to other brands. I definitely will be buying more from them and I recommend it 100%.

The couch is nice material and pretty well engineered in how it goes together. It was pretty comfortable though the back was a little low for my taste. It hooked together pretty easy and pretty well with minimal shifting. The storage compartments were cool. It was not too easy or slick to make into a bed and we really wanted that functionality so we returned. It was a difficult return given the size but the vendor worked with us which was great.

Great couch that's comfortable enough to relax on. The measurements were perfect to fit in my space. I like that each seat has a place for storage. I have a cat that sheds a lot and gets on the couch often. I can easily vacuum the hair off the couch and the couch would look brand new again. Unfortunately, my cat has damaged the underside fabric of one seat by constantly clawing at it. Would need furniture guards or some other furniture protection.

I love how smooth it it, all of the storage space is a plus. Easy assembly !! You can bye separate seats to add on to what you have. I will say it’s okay as far as sturdiness goes. It’s not cheaply made, but it’s not your average sturdy couch you’re thinking. The arms are a bit thin, as well as backs of the couch. It does what it’s supposed to do.

I was skeptical about ordering furniture online. I'm skeptical about everything. When the furniture started arriving I was nervous because I'm not the type to assemble things right. I never read directions and I almost always end up with some sort of erected mess, I would need to disassemble and call in skilled relatives. In this case, each cushion can be opened. Inside, there are tools, instructions and feet (not human) locking parts. I screwed on the four feet to the bottom (no tools needed), sat it up, screwed the latching components to the back, placed the back on the bottom and I had a chair ....a chair that will connect to the next with cushions that will connect to the cushions. It couldn't have taken me 45 minutes. I felt like I could teach a course. I kept ordrering more because I kept getting more ideas. The other thing is, during the ordering one of the components was late shipping. I wrote to the seller. From that point on, they continued to help me. So lie to the seller about the shipping and you get ongoing care and concern ...lol. No!! Don't lie. I just bought a house. Things are still in disarray, but when I get a moment, I will video how easy it is to arrange these things and all my arrangement patterns. This stuff really looks cool. I got the dark gray and when you rub your hand across it, it kind of lightens up a bit. I don't know how to describe that but this stuff is cool looking. I will buy one more cushion and three backs for my latest and last idea. It's sturdy. I have slept on it, bounced around and lounged. It is all that they say. OK. This is why I don't tend to write reviews. I go too far. Thanks for reading.

UPDATE: I received my whole order in 2 different shipments. There was no tracking information to tell me that a large amount of my purchase was still shipping, but I don't know if that's on the seller or FedEx. The couch is good for all the reasons described. The storage and modularity are good, and it was relatively easy to assemble for large furniture. The back is shorter than I expected so that leaning back isn't as nice as other couches, but it's been good enough for me so far. It's not comfortable without an ottoman though, so I usually sit at an ottoman end and got a separate ottoman for people sitting in the middle without one. Old review: I only received the Carton B modules despite ordering the U couch that is supposed to come with the Carton A arm rests and Carton C ottomans. I will update the review if my problem is resolved, but this is hundreds of dollars of furniture I expected that did not seem important to ensure was shipped to me.

I don't normally write reviews because no news is good news, but I felt like folks need to know if they are going to spend over $1000 for a couch... First I was expecting this couch to match the photo provided in Amazon. I selected bluish grey and thank goodness the actual color of the couch matches my walls (see photo). Second, they cushions are not as comfortable as one one would expect from a couch. Feels like sitting on a medium firm mattress. I would not recommend if you are of large stature because the couch is not that big. I would need to additional modular sections to extend leg room.

I like that they come in pieces so you can move them easy...it also gives you the option to make different arrangements if you want something different. I find it comfortable but it is firm so some might not. I plan on getting some throw pillows and throw blankets for added comfort. Overall, satisfied. Now my brother is thinking of buying one.
