I used it only once for about 20 minutes. I tried to use it again on November 13th 2017 and it refused to heat up. The return date was November 1tth 2017. Now I am unable to find out how i can get it replaced or a refund. The amazon site is total rubbish when things go wrong. I have e amiled the manufacturer and am waiting their response.
