I've heard a good deal of information about ginseng and its impact on memory and mental clarity, so I was curious enough to try it and see if it lives up to the hype. It does. I feel *sharper* mentally and more focused, less scattered. I was leery initially, because I've seen anecdotal reports connecting ginseng to perhaps TOO much energy or even agitation, and as one on the anxious side of life, those are states I wanted to majorly avoid. No worries. I actually feel calmer and more collected since taking these. I do take them every other day, instead of every day, and that seems to be optimal level for me. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow, I found, and I haven's experienced any kind of negative side effects. so I feel very comfortable recommending this supplement.
