Very good and essential to help my recovery from a knee replacement. Fits very well , wraps around the knee with the straps supplied. Good value compared to other products on the market. Re freezes quickly for quick use after exercising. Recommended.

It’s does not grip the leg as it should & if you left a gap the straps itch’s.

I purchased this item to help my healing after ACL reconstruction surgery. It's helpful as it does not only ice my knee but compresses it at the same time. Also it covers the whole knee and almost the whole back of my knee too. As others mentioned it doesn't keep the cold too long, but for about 15 min, but that's the suggested time for icing so I have no issue with it. The only annoying thing is the strap as it has a two-sided velcro at the end and it sticks to everything nearby while I try to put it on or to my trousers while I wear it. Not that big issue though. I think for this price it's absolutely worth it and it helps my healing a lot. I would buy it again.

This is certainly something to get if you have a bad knee or even part of your leg or arm. I used it for a part of my leg I injured and strapped it to it while laying down and it was perfect.

Leggendo le recensioni negative riguardo la poca durata del freddo (solo 5 minuti) ma volendo cmq questo tipo di prodotto ho deciso di acquistarne due per alternarli. Li ho provati ed effettivamente la parte interna di panno si riscalda in soli 5 minuti, allora ho provato a girarli al contrario ed è tutta un'altra cosa, il freddo dura oltre 20 minuti e volendo dopo i 20' si possono mettere direttamente a contatto della pelle e sono ancora ben freddini! Li uso nel ginocchio dopo fisioterapia e li metto entrambi in modo da coprire comodamente tutta l'area del ginocchio. Usati al contrario sono perfetti (mettendo nella gamba asciugamano leggero tipo strofinaccio da cucina per evitare contatto con la pelle, almeno nei primi 20'). Molto soddisfatto!

No me ha gustado porque no se corresponde con la fotografía. Nada que ver con la realidad. No se adapta a la anatomía de la rodilla. Valdrá para otra cosa pero no para la rodilla.

Preso x il mio ginocchio che si era gonfiato dopo una storta. Mantiene il freddo (non eccessivo). Ottime le 2 fascie per "sostenere la fascia anche quando si è in piedi.
