Ear buds were in my ears, case was in pocket. This item is inexpensive and does what it needs to do, charge the buds. Case charges wirelessly as well like the original. Material does not feel as solid but that's insignificant. Ear buds fit inside correctly to charge. Phone shows case's battery charger correctly. One finicky thing is the LED status light. When fully charged, the inside led indicator will still show red for a few seconds before changing to green. It seems like it is showing the previous state of the ear buds, which is usually red before I charge to them. Sometimes when I open the case, it will take a couple of seconds for the LED indicators to appear. Green outside, red inside. Close the case and the outside shows green. Open the case again and the inside shows red for a minute before turning green.
