Good product, easy to use.
Works well, made well. I bought this for training at the gym. I connect it to 150 lb weight stack to do side steps to build up my hip and leg muscles. Works very well. I also like that it has a waist belt built into it to help keep it in place. Very easy to use, and made very well.

Looks strong and well made. The straps are very long which is ok but I would prefer a shorter strap to be included.

Very Nice
Very good quality. My daughter uses this for her sprint training. It's attached to an Apollo trainer (exergenie) for resistance training. We were using a shoulder harness initially, but that affected her form too much. This seems to have solved the problem. She likes it more than the harness.

excessive and unnecessary 10 foot distance
the pros:-the belt itself is okay.- i appreciate the adjustable belt to fit multiple waist sizes.the cons:-they provide you with 9 foot straps to connect to your sled, that is way too long and unnecessary.-the loops that connect to your chain or nylon strap are about a foot long, creating even more distance on top of the 9 foot strap, giving you a 10 foot gap between you and your sled.see video for explanation.
