These are the best flavour dextrose tablets and buying them this way is far more convenient and cost effective than picking them up individually at the pharmacy. They are effective at quickly raising your blood sugar level as needed. They’re easy to chew and swallow. The only downside to them is the packaging doesn’t really allow for any way of easily resealing the packet once opened, and if you leave a packet open and just folded over like in a bag then they do have a habit of going hard and becoming unusable after some time.

Quite nice, although I might have preferred Orange or Classic flavour, but for some reason the Immune Fit, with B6/12, only come in Tropical (mango) flavour. You get 24 packs of 14 tablets, so 336 sweets. The recommended daily amount is 5 tablets, but that's just for calories, there's no lethal dose. They were good value and were delivered intact. The only reason I give 4/5 is because after just one day the tablets had rubbed the roof of my mouth (hard palate) red raw and extremely saw. It was painful like mouth ulcers, with the skin hanging off the next day. This at least stopped me from eating all 336 in one day.

These are good value hypo treatments for a type 1 diabetic. They do the job of raising blood sugars quickly and taste quite nice, I like this flavour
