Quick delivery. Gets into awkward areas and when used in my hand, i am able to apply more pressure on the area compared to when I've used my fingers. Tried it on the wall using attached molded suction cup and found when moving my body (shoulder) so the product could get into the necessary areas, the suction would fall and the product would become loose, detached from the wall.. that happened on my first and second use, not used it again yet..

The suction cup works well to help massage my neck and chest more easily standing up, I was sceptical when I bought it but pleasantly surprised.

I thought that this was a very good design but the reason why I gave this such a low rating because it did not stay stuck to the surfaces I applied it to and yes they were clean... But other people may of had better luck whilst using this product and you will have to have adequate space to use this and good surfaces to adhere it to. Just didn't work for me...

This isn't what I expected. It's simply a rubber cone that has a suction cup for self massage. It doesn't vibrate it's simply a piece of rubber . It's reasonably soft and isn't too bad if used in your hand but the suction cup doesn't really do much , as soon as you rub on to the massager the suction falls off. I've used lots of different ball type massagers and they are a lot better in my opinion. Having a ball on the ground or against a wall means you can position it perfectly. With this you can roll it in to position because of its shape. Not impressed I'm afraid.

Im a sports therapist and definitely recommend this, has helped me get in to some tight muscles on my back. Worth the money.

Absolutely enjoying the use of this. I use all over the body not just against the wall and it's really helped untangle some knots and even some TMJ jaw issues. Highly recommend.

Great product for triggerpoints in muscles. You can easy relax a point especially in your back. Works better than a lacrosse ball or other triggerpoint device's. I highly recommend it.

Très bien pour se masser dans des endroits pas faciles à atteindre. Toutefois, attention ne se ventouse pas partout. J'ai lu ça et là que ça adhère bien aux portes mais, pas aux portes en bois ! Ça ne tient chez moi (et j'ai tout essayé) que sur mes meubles laqués. Bois et murs peints, il ne faut pas y compter. Sinon, c'est agréable de pouvoir masser une zone douloureuse. Attention aussi, le cône est vraiment dur.

Works really well. Excellent quality and just the right firmness. Gets into those tight knots nicely. Sticks to tiles well and to paint walls well enough to get started. Really happy with this.
