Perfect fit for my Omnipod DASH PDM. The plastic screen protector makes it harder to push the buttons (on screen) but still works.

Works ok. Very durable. Tight fit so you know it’s not going to fall out. The screen protector makes the touch screen a little more difficult to use but it’s manageable. If it bugs me that much I’ll just cut it out.

I bought this as I do like to have my PDM handy. The belt clip is very snug and I never worry about it falling off. The case does require a bit of finesse, I guess is the word, to remove it from your belt. It's hard to remove with just one hand, two is almost always required. I will be having to replace this as the clip and case did indeed separate when removing the other day. You will learn which is the best way to remove without stressing the clip. I have found the way but now it's too late. I will have to apply what I learned on the new one.
