Niimbot video for transparent labels fixed the problem!
I was relieved to see the review video of the labels feeding through and then the device flashing red so I knew I wasn't the only one with the issue. Then I followed the instructions in the next video, posted by Niimbot, for how to troubleshoot the issue and now it works perfectly!

Not true to description
I ordered these because the photo shows they are round. However, when they arrived they are rectangle. They still work fine, just wasn't what I was expecting.

Will not line up correctly
I've been using my label printer for over a year, I've never had issues getting them to aline correctly until these!It's aggravating & a total waste of time! And I cannot return them...
