An XL fits me perfectly.I purchased these tights because they were cheap. I also have a pair of Skins that were $90. While the Take Five tights are obviously cheaper in quality, I can say that for around $20 they are easily worth the price.These tights are breathable during CrossFit, running, Olympic lifting, or just general training. I have only worn them on hot and warm days so I cannot attest to their warmth. They offer sufficient support and comfort when I train legs (Front/Back squat, deadlift, and lunges). They will probably hold up for at least a few months or more @ 3-4 uses/washes per week.The gray color is nice because it hides dirt, sweat, etc. I also purchased and reviewed the white, which has one downside in quickly becoming dirty.
