I absolutely love these Govee recessed lights and honestly wish I had purchased them sooner. The color options and dimming possibilities are endless, and the lighting looks incredible in my space. Govee is hands-down my favorite lighting brand and the only one I buy from anymore — their products are always reliable, customizable, and easy to control. The only thing worth noting (not a dealbreaker, just a heads-up) is that these lights are a bit thicker than some other recessed lights. I had thinner ones installed previously, and two spots in my kitchen didn’t fit because of ceiling studs, so I had to make new holes. Definitely measure and make sure they’ll fit your space ahead of time so you’re not surprised on install day like I was 😅 Overall, I still highly recommend these lights. They look amazing, work flawlessly, and completely elevate the vibe of the room.

I’m doing a remodel at the house. I already have Govee outside lights—which I love! I ran across these and decided to try them. I will be short and sweet on this review. BUY THESE LIGHTS! No seller/vendor issues. Lights arrived on time and in good condition. The install is fairly easy, if you have wiring knowledge. Basic construction equipment is all you need to cut some holes in your ceiling. If you’re not comfortable doing the installation, I would recommend a good electrical contractor for the job. The app is so simple and easy to use. There are literally millions of different light options available. If you can’t find a light option to suit your mood… oh boy! Every time someone walks in the family room I get compliments on my Govee Can Lights. Are the lights pricey? You’ll spend a few more dollars over the HD or Lowe’s boxed lights, but the endless light colors… oh man. These lights dance, twinkle, pulse, and a few other things😄 Rating: Five Stars. I love them!

Fixing up my basement and used 14 of these all over, they work great, bright, very customizable and no connection issues. Hopefully they hold up, a bit pricey but they seem to be very good quality.

Love, love, love. Feel like a kid with a new gift. The lights provide the ambiance i was looking for in my family room. Updated the space that formerly had old school track lights. Install easy as indicated. These lights are canless the only thing the installer did was cut the required size hole in ceiling. 6 Govee lights were installed. I am a happy camper

Govee for the light show on the porch and above the fireplace. Have these tied into separate groups and the light shows are great. Will be adding more to the outside from Govee.

Doesn’t work with Alexa perfectly but they are great lights

Love these lights! I wanted to add some more lights to my patio area and I wanted to have color. Many of the string lights would not last and were not very bright. These are dimmable and have the ability to be controlled with Alexa and the Govee app easily and the color variations are virtually limitless.
