I make ear wax. I went through a lot of wax guards. The Jodi vac stopped that. I use it when I take the hearing aids out and before I put them in. The vac works well. The last filters lasted over 2 years and these will to. Simple design that works well. Easy to use. I would buy it again. My model is the home use one and the price was good. When I got the machine I spoke to the office manager who was very helpful. This is American made and designed by a man who knows what he is doing. If you have wax GET ONE AND USE IT.

It fits my older model and I can still use my needle attachment👍

Nice little unit. You will need to buy a part after some use. In my case I have to jiggle the connector to get unit started. Call to seller, I was told it was likely 'cold' solder joints at the switch. Remove the bottom plate, put soldering iron to it, and replace. Makes sense, but why was that not done before shipment? Now I have to jiggle the connector every time as I haven't gotten around to fixing the cold soldering joints. You'll also need to buy the filters ultimately so buy them up front. Nice unit. Not perfect. Does the job for which it is intended.
