I was hesitant about cupping without using a professional. This product was very easy to use and actually works just as good as going to a therapist. My pain was reduced and my adult children, who are very athletic, used them as well. They gave positive feedback as well.

The suction cups were easy to use and provided great suction. I use the smallest one for lymphatic drainage around my jaw and neck and the larger ones on my legs.

Based on the video these can be used for self care however I found them to be very stiff so placing them on my shoulders or upper-outer arms and pressing for suction was not easy …don’t regret the purchase but not buy again

These cups feel great and I have watched numerous videos on how to use them. I love silicone. It's non toxic and so flexible and soft. I've got my coconut oil coming from Amazon Subscribe and Save this month and once I get that, I'll melt it down and put them to use. I'm heading into my 60's after decades of raising a terrific family with my husband. I have lost a lot of muscle and see edema in my ankles. I also bought a rebounder to help with the edema as well as lymphatic drainage which these cups also are reputed to improve. Thank you so much for making these!!
