There is a cable for charging which is quite short but you don't need that to be a long charging cable anyway. It is micro USB so you will probably have a longer one at home anyway. They charge via a USB cable, and have an indicator light to signify charging and fully charged. It does take several hours to charge, but once in the Camera they will keep it powered for months with normal use i.e. triggered a few times a day. I think the doorbell pack should include a second battery as standard. Who wants an inactive doorbell for the duration of the battery recharging ?
