Heat with some tang and a hint of sweetness
Our family had been on the hunt for a good hot sauce for a while. We'd tried a bunch but they were mostly just one note. I stumbled on this one in Whole Foods (though I can't get it there anymore) and we loved it. Has heat but accompanied by a nice tang with a hint of sweetness. It pours easily - sometimes a bit too easily - so use a steady hand. Glad I can get it here!

Great gift!
Love this. The packaging is great, and it served as an excellent gift. Got it for my husband so it was also a gift for me, which I recommend. We had purchased the verde sauce before, which is great, but I've been thrilled with the other sauces and the honey. Not too too hot, but a good level of warmth so it's not just like vinegar sauce. And it's good on a lot of the foods I want hot sauce on - particularly eggs and collard greens, plus the hot honey on biscuits (or better, chicken biscuits). Yum!

Sauce problem
I haven’t tried the sauce. The Carolina hot sauce was oozing down the side of the bottle and the spicy peach honey Best Buy date is 3/20/26 so I guess I have less than a month to use it.

Not Your Grocery Store Hot Sauce
This is not your typical hot sauce! This is a flavor sauce. i don't like hot, spicy food but, boy, do I enjoy a well-seasoned meal. I use Red Clay sauce in everything from scrambled eggs to soup to pot roast. And, the hot honey is wonderful in cornbread!

Tastes great
Similar to tobasco but with better flavor I think, has that really thin consistency, a little more heat and flavor (or slightly different flavor) in the Carolina sauce but both are very similar, the original could be poured over your food, pretty mild but still has something, overall if you like your sauce thin both of these taste really good, happy I ordered they stand out from my other sauce's.

Pretty Good!
The Hot Honey was good! It wasn't as hot as I thought it would be so I added some of the hot sauce to the glaze for my chicken and it was perfect!

Our favorite hot sauce!
This is our family's favorite hot sauce. It's more vinegar than heat. It's great on egg burritos!

My favorite hot sauce!
My kids and I decided to have a Hot Wings challenge between us, so we went out and bought hot sauces in the local supermarkets to have a variety. Found this one in Marshall's, I think. Turned out to be MY favorite one. It's the Mild version, but it's still spicy enough that I enjoy the taste but don't sweat.
