Be careful with this on older dogs!
I applied as directed on my 12 yr old dog who is accustomed to topical flea control. Within 12 hours she was lethargic, limp, drooling and dragging her hind legs when attempting to walk. I immediately bathed her and she just laid on the floor of the tub, lifeless and limp and I thought she was dying, honestly. By the time the vet saw her, she was refusing food and water. We discussed poisoning due to sensitivity of some carrier ingredients because they can often have neurological side effects. It took a week until my dog could walk and move normally. I had two pets affected adversely by a flea treatment from this brand so I will not use it again on my fur babies.

Probably not the best treatment out there
Heartworm flea and tick meds are extremely costly. I bought this as a back up when i was moving and didn’t know when I’d get to a vet. If you are in an area where there’s wildlife don’t take a chance on cheap preventative. The cost of healing a sick dog isn’t worth it.
