I was pleasantly surprised by how well this stylus performs. It connected instantly to my iPad with no hassle, and the magnetic attachment is strong and convenient for charging and storage. The writing and drawing feel smooth and precise, with no noticeable lag—perfect for note-taking, sketching, and everyday use. The build quality feels solid, and it looks very similar to the official Apple Pencil at a much more affordable price. Battery life has been excellent so far, and I appreciate not having to constantly recharge it. Purchased this Pencil as an alternative to higher priced Apple Pencil. I’ve been very satisfied and have had no negative issues at all, including no problems with charging per the alert in Amazon listing. The pencil readily charges attached to my iPad, and the easy on/off toggle button ensures no battery drain when not in use or actively charging. The Pencil comes with an additional point which I’ve had yet to need; the initial point has served me well for scrolling and selecting online, as well as serving as a drawing tool in several different design apps. The point responds quickly and accurately in cursor placement, making the Pencil quite easy and effective to use. I previously lost my first Pencil and immediately reordered this same brand because it has been dependable and works so well. I highly recommend the Gnanlen iPad Pencil 2nd Gen for folks wishing to save some money!

This iPad pencil works amazing! It performs almost just as well as my Apple Pencil, but at a much better price. The quality feels great, and I love that it charges magnetically it’s super convenient. The extra pen tips are a nice bonus too. Overall, such a great purchase. Definitely recommend!

EDIT: The pen started working and has been working great since. I upped this to four of five due to the weirdness of it suddenly starting to charge again and has worked since. For months now, it's worked and charged just fine. Not even close to the official Apple Pencil, but if you don't need the click, grip, and the 1001 options the Apple Pencil Pro has, this is working great. I can't explain the charging issue or why it started charging and working. The only thing I recall doing is plug it into a low amp charger. I think the low amp caused it to trickle charge. I know these devices have a charging board that tells the charger how much power it needs. I think the low amp (5v at .5 amp) charger for a cheap rechargeable nightlight didn't give the pen a choice and it charged overnight. For the last few months, it's wirelessly charging on the iPad. I tried to replicate the 'not charging' condition, and now it refuses to fail! Original Review: I was happy with this one at first. Then I noticed the iPad reporting the ped charging when attached but not increasing the actual charge. I put the pen on a Qi charger and the pen kit up red, like it was charging. Ok, I thought, I can deal with charging it like this, I have a charger nearly everywhere I need one. But, no, it only showed it was charging but no charge percentage increase. Now it's dead. While it worked it wrote superbly with my writing stroke being exceptionally accurate. The thickness of the pen is similar to the Apple pen and the sensitivity was on point! I tried this pen on a matte screen protector, which gave me the best writing experience as it felt like I was writing on paper, but also glided across the smooth screen of my iPad 13 inch (M4). As for comfort, don't death grip the pen and it'll be a very comfortable experience. At the end of the day, I just bought an Apple Pen. I have another brand that has magnetic and USB C charging that I use when away from home, but I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a cheaper Apple alternative. Super impressed with this pen on the beginning, only to have that disappear just over a month later. I'll be contacting the manufacturer and seller to see if anything can be done and I'll update the review accordingly. After all, a product is only as good as the support of the company making it.

After four months of owning this pen, I can say that it functions perfectly with my 2022 iPad 11-inch-M2. The battery lasted a long time, and I haven't encountered any problems thus far because the pen charged wirelessly, just like the original pen. My only comment is that the seller could upgrade the pen to include an automated feature for turning it on and off in the next version. The pen I bought requires the user to turn it on (the first time you take it away from the iPad). I can turn the pen on and off with ease.

I love this iPad pencil. It was a much more reasonable price and I don’t have to worry about finding another charger for it because it’s magnetic and it attaches to the iPad and charges that way so I found that to be really convenient. I get smooth lines and no hesitation when I tap things. This is a great option if you don’t want to spend an arm and a leg get one it feels just like a regular pencil and I’ve dropped it and it’s still going strong.

I was so surprised with the quality of this iPad Pencil!!! It worked absolutely beautiful. I was hesitant to it thinking the Apple brand pencil would work best with my iPad. I am so pleased with ordering the Gnanlen iPad Pencil. Also….. saved a LOT of money!! Thank you so much.

Pencil worked wonderfully until I had the charge it for the first time. It doesn’t hold a charge and does not work well on my IPad. I have The pencils in almost all colors and brands this is really the only one that hasn’t worked as described.

A caneta funciona perfeitamente e carrega normalmente no meu IPad Pro M1. Li que o carregamento no iPad não funciona nos modelos mais novos. Há uma necessidade de se adaptar ao botão superior (que liga e desliga e não existe não original). Mas, obviamente, isto não é um problema para mim. Prefiro assim. Não sinto falta da minha caneta original. Uma solução de excelente custo-benefício, mesmo importando para o Brasil.

As diferenças deste Ipad Pencil quando comparada com a Apple Pencil original são praticamente inexistentes! O fato do carregamento ser magnético é maravilhoso! Porque você não precisa ta lembrando de carregar e além disso não corre risco de ta descarregada quando você for usar. Basta “grudar” no iPad q fica carregando.

A caneta deixou de funcionar com menos de 10 dias de uso! Quero meu reembolso!
