G-One RS Evo Super Race V-Guard TLE Folding Tyre, Transparent Sidewal

Only 1 ride so far but falling in love with these. File tread in center has a bit of grip, more than you’d think. Side knobs grab on corners. 45’s are fun and you don’t lose much speed. These tires sound great on pavement. Feels like a big slick. Fast tire. Excited to race, train, and add these to the line up. Might put a different tire up front eventually and keep the RS in rear.

I’ve raced this all summer. No punctures. It’s survived the nastiest of gravel courses and is faster on the pavement than what I have on my road bike.

I think these are pretty good tubeless gravel tires. They have held up better than other brands I have tried.

** -- Update after two months -- **After 1000 miles I feel like I needed to come back and amend my review. While these tires are still just as fast and smooth as they were on the first ride, the longevity of the tire is really pretty poor. The rear tire tread is starting to split along the belt lines, making it unsafe to ride anymore (photo attached). Front tire is holding up better, as one would expect, but the tread is showing significant wear. Also, like some other riders, I've experienced less than expected resistance to punctures. It's a pretty expensive tire for such a short life.** -- Original review below -- **After riding on these tires for a hundred miles, I'm really impressed. I can run a lower pressure than the original tires, and I find my average speed is faster.Aesthetically the tires look really good on my Giant Revolt in black and orange. The tire sidewall compliments the decals on the frame.Mounting was not difficult. I didn't use any tools to get the tire onto the rim, and has it done in about 5 minutes each. If you run tubeless the tires will leak a lot until the sealant gets worked in. I put in about 2 ounces for a 700x35, and left the wheels laying on their sides for about 30 minutes, flipping them once.These tires are surprisingly quiet, both on the rollers and on the road.

A good combination of on and off road tire. Lower rolling resistance, but able to handle gravel trails.

Remember when you were like 5 and got new shoes that you were sure made you run faster? Welcome to the bike tire version of those speedy shoes. Love them and they look great on the Warbird.

Blew up to 38mm wide on 23mm internal rims of the Zipp 303s. Nice on pavement, hard packed, loose and sandy gravel in North Florida. Reccomended.

My favorite tires

よく転がりビード上げも楽で、エア漏れもない。整地された未舗装路もたまには走る、という人には素晴らしい選択肢の一つ。G-One R, G-One RSどちらもパンクしたことが無く、リピートし続けると思う。

Die besten Reifen für mein Gravel-Bike. Ich habe schon einige getestet, aber die G-One RS sind klasse. Besonders gut ist die Schuppenoberfläche im mittlerem Bereich des Mantels, diese ist sehr laufruhig auf Straßenbelag, aber auch griffig auf Split. Die seitlichen Stollen sorgen merglich für besseren Grip auf unbefwstigten Wegen, insbesondere in schnellen Kurven. Auch in Wäldern lege ich mich mit diesen Reifen in die Kurven, ohne Angst zu bekommen dass das Rad wegrutscht.

Looks good and rolls fast. Works great on gravel, bridleways and canal tow paths as well as on roads.

Premetto, sono gomme gravel super scorrevoli, un ottimo grip stradale ma totalmente inaffidabili. Con ste gomme è facilissimo bucare, ed il liquido non riesce a riparare. Sono copertoni ultra racing ultra sottili, leggere si ma a scapito della robustezza. Se non volete rimanere a piedi durante una uscita, guardate altrove. Veramente deluso, avevo grandi aspettative ma purtroppo si sono rivelate gomme completamente inaffidabili.
