The one I bought looks exactly the same doesn't have SD card either. Something you should read the specs for or ask the seller before buying.

Since Hikvision sold from Amazon is not an authorized seller of Hikvision, it is best to contact the seller you purchased your Hikvision camera and ask them for the latest firmware. They should stand behind their products with support as well as any future firmware update. Don't try to update directly from hikvision website as it can brick your camera.

Can i turn on/off the warm white LED?

Thanks Terraed, you were right. What a incredibly stupid place to put lighting. In the system tab? STUPID place. I almost sent the camera back because I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Since this was the first question about the camera, this info should be put into the listing somewhere. The light is almost ineffective where I'm using it. Just dumb default.
