Makes a difference
Have popped our senior dog on this food for a few months now due to kidney disease, and during her latest blood tests the vet said her levels were looking much better which she could attribute to the dietary change. Good size bag, our dog laps it up and doesnt seem to have any problems digesting. Great option for dogs which need a special diet.

Excited by taste and smell.
My Spaniel had lost interest in eating because of chronic kidney failure until we introduced this food into his diet. HE LOVES IT and now looks forward to his meals and gets quite excited as soon as he smells it.

Good food but….
My dog really enjoys this food however just to let people know that grain free diets are linked to heart issues so please only feed this alongside a normal renal food.

Has helped my old dog s health improve
My 16 1/2 jackchi was acting out of character waking at night and pacing drinking lots of water and slightly off her food.A trip to vets and blood results showed stage 3 kidney disease. I was glad to find these biscuits as alot of the vet recommended ones had poor ingredients we tried her on these and a lower protein wet food and she has really improved no more waking at night,more energy,putting back on some weight.The biscuits look a little dryer than normal so I make sure she has a little extra water in her wet food and a few natural veggies as treats. They are a little big maybe for her old teeth but she seems to manage.She is incredibly fussy and can love a food one week and turn her nose up the next but with the Pooch and Mutt kidney she has been consistent in eating them.

Arrived late
Our dog really likes this food, and we order it regularly. My complaint is with the delivery. I paid extra for it to be delivered before 1 pm and it arrived at 8:30 pm, 7+ hours late.

Good healthy food!
It’s smells much better than the vet prescribed food and it contains good healthy food and my boy is staying healthy.

My senior is thriving on this food
Both of my dogs have. been on Pooch & Mutt food for years. A few months ago my 11yr old Japanese Spitz was diagnosed with kidney disease (she had a heart murmur when we adopted her and her meds likely caused the kidney decline). I was scared about switching her to a renal diet as although she loves food she is very fussy about what she eats. I also hadn't heard great things about the brands of renal food available that she would probably have to start eating. Luckily Pooch & Mutt launched their vet range the day I got the call telling me she had to switch. She has been on this food for a few months now and is absolutely thriving. She has even more energy than before and does a happy dance every time she sees her food coming at meal time. I highly recommend giving this a try if your pup needs to be on a renal diet, its doing wonders for my girl. ****EDIT TO UPDATE***** She recently had her annual heart scan and blood tests to check her kidney levels and to my shock her kidney levels have returned to normal numbers! Her vet said her diet is fantastic and doing an amazing job and of course I am thrilled. This stuff really does work and she still loves it and is still doing a happy dance every dinner time.

Kidney Failure Sucks
My pup (end stage K.F) had completely stopped eating most foods this was just delivered & he’s eaten two bowls. Such a relief I could cry! We’ll see if he’s able to keep it down but so far so good!!!
