I added this filter to an LED ceiling light that was causing interference with my FM Stereo. Problem solved, signal is noise free. The filters compact size made it easy to mount inside the light fixture.

Installed in front of a LED dimmer switch that was flickering. Flickering stopped post installation. Filter is reducing the noise enough for my application. Installation was simple diagram on the device was accurate and easily understood.

The wonderful things about standard is that there are so many to choose from! If you are a U.S. Customer, you need to know the non-standard color code on the wires. The manufacturer chose to use European color codes, which are: Single Phase Line (labeled as L): brown Neutral Conductor (labeled as “N”): blue Protective Earth (labeled as “PE”): green-yellow Hope this helps.

No idea how to wire this. I expect a dirty power in, clean power out and a ground.

I needed to keep lighting noise out of floor monitors on my stage; installed this unit into the AC power feeding the floor recepts and it took care of my problem. It feels a bit flimsy but when wired properly it seems to really do a good job.

The review (and my hero's journey to energy efficiency): I replaced my incandescent bulbs with LEDs to save the planet and some energy costs. However, the lights would flicker and dim - very annoying. I replaced the dimmer switch on the light to one designed for LEDs, but it did not help. As a last-ditch effort, I bought this noise suppressor. It is small, and can be fit right into the outlet box on the chandelier. Success at last! My lights are steady, dimmable, and have lost that weird disco strobe effect. This device worked better than I hoped, and is well worth its low price tag. Installation: This noise suppressor is pretty easy to install, the wiring diagram is right on the package. The entire install was less than five minutes. The three wires attach to your source line (power, neutral, ground) and the other two attach to the load (the light fixture). If you are not comfortable doing this, I am sure you can get an electrician to do it, or perhaps watch a video. Also a good idea to turn off the power during the install.

it did not eliminate my EMI when installed in my new led surface mounted fixture in my garage. The stereo still make noise when light is energized. It did however reduce the some of the noise . that's 2 stars for me.

No issues, it does what it is supposed to do. Quality seems good. Keep in mind that the wire colors are the EU standard colors, if you're in the USA. It works just fine when you match the colors up to their function.
