Don't get if you're with T-Mobile
Based on the short time I had the phone. Durable, battery life looked great. Biggest downfall for me was when I put my Tmobile sim card in I received a message from them saying the phone is partially compatible with their system and I would experience slow connections and some disruptions in service. Yeah I travel a lot as well and this doesn't work for me.

Great rugged phone at a reasonable price
I've been a Kyocera rugged phone for years. My last one was a Verizon Kyocera E7110. I loved it. I switched to T-Mobile and took the E7110 with me. It worked great until Verizon rolled out a major software update. The E7110 locked up and was useless. I looked over all the choices on Amazon and came across Blackview. The reviews were good but I was skeptical about it working with T-Mobile. My phone came well packaged. I charged it up and transferred my apps and data to the Blackview. Everything is working flawlessly. I am impressed with the quality of the phone and the it's ruggedness. It doesn't seem like it could break... Even if I tried. I will say it's large and a bit weighty but not so much that you can't carry it or easily use it. I give it five stars... Excellent quality for a reasonable price. A very good alternative to Kyocera or Cat phones and hundreds less. Great job Balckview.

HEAVY
I bought this phone to replace my BV4900, which I LOVE but finally got the power cord ripped out by my cats one too many times (I'd repair it if I could). But the BV7100 is about twice as heavy as my old 4900. I get hand fatigue from my old phone due to the dimensions, so I knew as soon as I had the box open that I couldn't use this phone. I'm so disappointed. I love Blackview phones and would 100% love to buy another, but I just can't carry a 1.7 pound brick or hold it up while I'm reading, texting, talking on the phone. :( Super disappointed. Otherwise, I expect it's great quality. I have had to buy a different brand of phone because all the rugged BV phones are huge now. Hopefully they'll produce another version of the BV4900 so I can use them again. That phone has lasted me over 3 years, and I went through 3 phones in 2 months at one point.

Very valuable device
This smart device totally kicks ass, it's seems to be unbreakable, I can watch videos for 18-24 hours before needing a charge, 0-100% in 90 min or less. It never gets hot. It's super fast. It totally blows iPhones and Samsung away. it's a $1000.00 phone that sells for around 200.00. I work outdoors, the heat, cold, rain, sleet snow have no effect on the performance of this device. It's also a great weapon for cracking skulls in a life threatening situation, and still can be used to call for help and watch videos while awaiting law enforcement

Nice phone just really heavy
Oh man, the graphics are amazing on this phone, I'm telling you the colors are so nice, the camera is pretty good also the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the phone is really heavy lol It feels like I'm walking around with wrist weights lol but besides that its a nice buy
