These are seriously my favorite resistance bands! Let's move past the fact that they're really cute and come in a matching cute pink pouch... but let's also talk about how they're effective and high-quality. I'm definitely super excited to have added them into my workout routine! And the Peach Bands pouch makes it easy for my to grab and go if I'm taking my fitness outside or while traveling. Also, Peach Bands has the BEST customer service. Upon ordering my new Peach Bands, their team reached out to thank me. Once they came in the mail, I posted a picture to my IG stories, and their team thanked me again and encouraged me to reach out to them if I needed anything at all. These bands are amazing!! At first I did experience some rolling from them, but once I adjusted them to a different spot/angle they stayed in place perfect and really added to my regular at home workouts. I don’t have the time to make it to the gym so I stick to home work outs and I am so so excited to add these to my regular routine and look forward to seeing results! After night one I can already feel the difference they made! Cute colors, great price, and effective! What more could you ask for!!

I mainly bought the Peach Bands Resistance Bands Set because I was sold on the cute colours. All in all this set is a solid 4 stars. I did initially notice the rubber is a little thinner than other bands I've had in the past and that also leads to them slipping and twisting on my legs. I don't think it would be as much of an issue if your legs aren't pencil thin - but I'm finding the bands quite loose. As far as using them for working out they seem to do the job. They don't feel like they'll be splitting anytime soon with stretching and seem to be very durable. The logo is cute if that's important to you and the set looks just like the photos. The cute carry case was definitely a plus too.

I bought these shortly before our city went into "shelter-in-place" orders for COVID-19 which meant I went from going to the gym every day, to having to stay home. I know I can still go outside for a run but I'm a cycler/strength trainer, and was into running for about 3 months 5 years ago. I've bought resistance bands before but I bought the cheap $9 bands. They did their job but I wasn't expecting to keep them forever. Decided to buy these because a) I like the colors and b) they had a durable looking pouch. These do not disappoint. You can feel the quality, especially when you're doing exercises that require a lot of constant stretching and unstetching of the bands. Other bands kinda go floppy if you do 100 reps of an exercise, these do not. They stay in place really well, even if you're a little sweaty. If you can just look up some resistance band exercises, they might look easy, but try doing 100 of that exercise. You will be sore the next day, 100% guaranteed, yep - even just using resistance bands! Even more if you're using quality resistance bands like these.

They roll every time I get a good momentum going, good quality and work very well they just roll(no matter what I wear or on bear skin )and will pop you if you don't adjust the roll right away

Peach Bands really are the best bands I've every used. I had to use bands in Physical Therapy (ankle and foot surgery) and these are 100 times better. They don't smell and they are not cover in a weird white chalk. I looked at tons of bands on Amazon some cheaper some more costly but, these really stuck with me. What I liked the most was you can follow them on Instagram @peachbands and they add workout ideas all the time. I thought that was really cool and that I would be getting the most updated workout ideas. To me that is wonderful Customer Servicer that you just don't get any more. Also, Peach Bands start at a higher weight then the other Bands I looked at and end in a higher weight. I also, love the Bag they come in it's cute and looks like it cost a ton. When I showed my hubby the bands the first thing he said was he liked the bag they gave me. That it would fit nice in my gym bag. He pulled on the bands and loved the weight of them. So HUBBY APPROVED!! :-) I took the Light band yesterday and put it on my thighs and cleaned the kitchen and did some house work. Man, it was a amazing workout. I can't wait to use these more. My workout journey is on it's way. I'm 5'2 178 pounds the bands fit me wonderfully.

I bought these because they were recommended by a YouTube pilates trainer that I follow. I've only been using them for awhile but I'm happy with them so far. I can use them anywhere on my legs and they definitely make a difference. I was surprised how much tougher they make basic exercises like fire hydrants. They do seem to roll a bit if I have them higher up on my thighs, but they feel pretty sturdy and I like the different resistance levels. They're a really good product for the money.

I recently purchased these resistance bands as I am recovering from hip surgery and have to do a lot of glute exercises for physiotherapy. I absolutely love these bands SO much. They provide TONS of resistance and a great glute workout (you could use them for an upper body work out too). They are just as strong and durable as the band that I purchased from my physiotherapy clinic. I LOVE that they don't roll up while doing my exercises and they are easy to get on and off. Also, I love the amazing colours and the little case that came with them so I can take them with me anywhere I go! They are the same length and width as the band sold to me by my physiotherapist... my point being, they are LEGIT! The shipping was also SUPER fast... I got them in under a week :) Overall, I would highly recommend these resistance bands for anyone looking for a great workout!

Absolutely in LOVE with my Peach Bands! 😍 Great quality, super comfortable to wear during workouts and really helps to intensify any exercise you use them for. Awesome alone or stacked and is an EXCELLENT starting set for beginners! The bands are super fashionable (honestly a confidence booster when working out in the gym), the colours are GORGEOUS and the carrying case it comes with is pretty sturdy. Amazing customer service and if you're not too sure how to use them, their Instagram page (@peachbands) has a lot of videos on how to use them at home or in the gym!
