It seems to be working and taking the odors out of the house. I have 2 dogs that love to shed, eat and play in the water. Not necessarily in any specific order! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We like it very much *by B***1 on October 28, 2017* Our allergy symptoms were relieved by this air purifier. It works well! We like it very much! I bought another one for our daughter. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Love/hate relationship *by C***T on September 18, 2019* We purchased a Triad Aer 2 at a state fair in 2014. It worked great for 5 years. We travel frequently and would come home to a very musty smelling house until we purchased the Triad. It is very quiet and the ozone generation function works well enough that you'll want to heed the instructions and leave the house while running.Then the PCO light went out. We expected to have to replace the PCO cell and the only thing that surprised us was that the original one lasted as long as it did. We ordered a new PCO cell, installed it, and no change: no light and the control panel said "Replace PCO Cell." Unlike some of the 1 star reviews, we received excellent customer service. We were told that there was. a problem with the main control board and were given the option of repair or purchasing a new one at a discount.
