Since we have a wooden train track, we've only been buying the wooden trains and my son gets several throughout the year. Connor is one of the trains he didn't have and I decided to get it for his Easter basket this year. This Connor train is part of the Thomas and Friends wooden train series and this one is very nicely built, just like the others. I compared it to pictures of Connor and what I remember of him from the show and feel he looks very similar. This train comes in two parts, the engine and the tender. The engine measures about 4 3/4 inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide, and 1 7/8 inches high. It has a total of eight wheels on just the engine and the back six wheels are on the same piece and swivel so it's easy to use on train tracks. The tender measures about 2 1/4 inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide, and 1 7/8 inches high. It has a total of four wheels on it. This train and tender have the magnets on them so they easily attach to each other and you can use them with the other wooden trains. No batteries are required for this particular train since it doesn't make any noise (yay!). On the bottoms of the engine and the tender are the names "Connor" and "Connor's Tender" which makes it very convenient in case you forget the train's names (though, of course, your child will remember them all!). These trains are made in China. It is always fun for my son to get a new train and he was excited to get Connor in his Easter basket! I feel the train looks good and it has held up nicely with all of the playing my twins do with these trains. I feel the quality is the same as all of the other wooden trains we have. We have KidKraft Waterfall Mountain Train Set and Table and all of the Thomas wooden trains work great with it! If you have a Thomas fan, I highly recommend the wooden train series. We have a lot of these trains and they are nicely-made and withstand all of the playing my twins do with them! Review: Connor is a Nicely Painted Quality Wooden Train - Nicely painted, quality wooden trains, exceeded my expectations for FP brand products. Noticed a few tiny chipped spots on some of the edges of the trains after about two weeks of play. Overall, it seems like they are going to hold up to hours and hours of train track play. They are absolutely loved by kids who are huge fans of Thomas and Friends. Connor is an attractive Engine that makes a great addition to a train play set. He comes with tinder which is an additional train car that attaches magnetically. Wish that they were a little more affordable but sometimes you have to pay for quality, these will be the type of toys that can be handed down for another child to enjoy and love all the same. They are well built and can withstand the punishment an active 2 yr old dishes out. They work with the wooden railway track sets as well as the talking Thomas train building sets.
