Have high humidity, will the bags still harden after absorbing their maximum amount of ambient water or is there another sign to look for

Hello -

The Boveda will still remain pliable once they have absorbed all that they can. Typically a high RH is a good indication that they have absorbed all they can.

If you are in an area of 50% + humidity we would recommend switching to our 49% RH High Absorption Boveda. These packs are specifically designed to absorb more moisture in high humidity areas.

For electric guitar can I just use your product in the case on the neck and head of the guitar? Or do I need the PW holders?

Absolutely, if there is no sound hole you can just place the packs wherever they fit in the case. Be careful not to pinch them in the lid when you close the case.

Hi, I was wondering do these packs just go into the guitar case or guitar directly or do they need to go into a special pouch first?  Thanks.  Lee :)

Hi Lee I put these packs into a pouch that was included into the "Planet Waves Two-Way Humidification System" that I bought years ago and put it directly inside the guitar hole hanging on the two sides of the strings.
