A+ customer service
Great sprinkler, easily adjustable to cover large or smaller areas with a few adjustments to the sprinkler head. Tripod is many heights and works on uneven ground, can go quite tall if needed. The piece of metal broke, the threading can loose and broke, reached out to customer service and they sent a whole new sprinkler not just the broken piece which essentially extends the sprinkler neck, so we have 2 functioning sprinklers since they did not want the other sent back, just the neck doesn't extend on the first which isn't a problem.

So versatile and easy to work with!
The first one we purchased had a leak under the red flow adjustment valve. They sent a replacement right out. The second one was perfect. No leaking, easy to setup. I added an Orbit 62034 Mechanical Watering Hose Timer: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006FLGHGE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Also using the quick connect/disconnect. Head swivels to any direction. Side vents can open up to expand coverage area. The "back and forth" is adjustable as well. Watering is so easy with this setup. No more bending over to adjust anything. Set the additional timer to 30 minutes and walk away. Worth every penny!

Head Broken After One Season
I absolutely loved this sprinkler last summer. Its precision, coverage, and adaptability are excellent; however, after spending one winter in a protected shed, the sprinkler head is spewing water and leaking from the different levers and knobs. I tried cleaning it out with compressed air and water, but it seems unfixable. Additionally, when it was brand new, the head and its pipe that attached it to the tripod base kept popping out with no was to secure it more firmly to the tripod. Iโm left wondering why I spent $80 on a single season sprinkler.

Surprisingly Stout, Easy to Adjust
I have used one of the Melnor tripod sprinklers that isn't as tall and doesn't have adjustable legs but uses the same 4-way head. It's been nearly perfect except that it isn't tall enough to send water over nearby shrubs. Hacks like putting the sprinkler on a upside-down garbage can or a pile of cribbing usually resulted in the sprinkler falling over at some point. This sprinkler solves that. This tripod is tall enough to 'throw' over my shrubs and heavy* enough to stay where planted. The fact that the legs are independently adjustable also lets me level the sprinkler resulting in a more even spray pattern. (*) The tripod legs were a heavier gauge metal than I expected. I hope this means they'll be more durable but the immediate benefit is that it puts more weight at the bottom the sprinkler which helps to keep the sprinkler upright.

Excellent but...
Best tripod I have ever purchased by far. Very well made with some serious heft to it. Should last for years. On the flip side... I was more than a little disappointed to find the sprinkler connector is a smaller-than-standard 1/2"... making it useless for any other sprinkler head I own. Why? Had to purchase a 3/4"x1/2" adapter that cost an extra $10. Not to mention the added hassle of having to take said adapter on and off every time I want to switch sprinkler heads.

First sprayer did not oscillate and free replacement arrived with broken sprayer
If this product worked as advertised it would be an amazing value. It's easy to use, covers a wide area and is easy to store. My original purchase had a huge issue with the sprayer head piece not oscillating. I would set the guide tabs in place and the head unit would just continue without stopping and would then eventually get stuck spraying in one direction. I contacted support and was sent a free replacement. The replacement oscillates correctly and the tabs stay in place as the head rotates, but the sprayer is defective/broken. The water sprays out funny on one side so it looks like a hair sticking out if that makes sense. Therefore I cannot recommend this product.

So sad
A leaker. I had one of these before and liked it. It didn't survive the winter and leaked the second year. A couple years passed and I purchased them again, despite reviews saying it leaked. I set it up, turned on the water and, so sad, it leaked. Teflon tape and a it still leaked. The leak isnn't at the hose attachment. The head swivles. That's a nice feature but that is where it leaks. It seems to be a product flaw or something that got past quality control. I'm done. Not a good enough for me any more. I don't trust this brand any more. The company should have fixed this long ago.

Cheap legs
The legs are aluminum - the attachment to the tripod has already broken on mine. Also, the rod/pipe that the head screws onto is PRESSED into the fitting. It continually comes out and then the water just pours out the pipe. I have itaa 3 stars because the head aperture that sprays water is great and delivers a lot of water with several options for the spray area. My husband is going to gorilla glue the pipe in and then all we have to do is fight with a 2 leg tripod
