As a male actor, my main inspiration for getting familiar with moisturizer for my face is to fend off the Makeup folks. Before I started moisturizing daily I would arrive at the gauntlet that is preparing to go in front of the cameras, and the Makeup people would put all sorts of stuff on my face--literally making up my face. But I discovered that when I started taking good care of my skin, they touched me up less and eventually not at all. I like going on camera without having to wear makeup. I don't like makeup unless I'm supposed to look very different. So now I moisturize or use some other cream on my face every day. I'm still rather new to using various kinds of creams on my face--only one at a time of course. For the unfamiliar, I basically call these plain moisturizer, face moisturizer (the kind that comes in a tube like suntan lotion), fancy moisturizer, and now correcting cream. Plain moisturizer like you use for your body really should not go on your face. If you're going to moisturize your face, get a lotion or cream made for faces. Put simply, I've found that body moisturizer on the face feels like cake frosting. It's thick, doesn't penatrate very well at all, and comes off. It's more like a protective layer, like a balm or sunblock. Face moisturizer is an inexpensive alternative to spending more on what you really need. It's not a good idea unless you have some medical need such as eczema. Fancy moisturizer comes in tiny tubs like this one, which seem like you would use them all up in a few days. But actually a little goes a long way. You just need a tiny bit each time. At this point I recommend that if you're not doing this daily, then you should. And finally, this is my first time using correcting cream. So how did it go? SCENT (no thanks): The scent is a bit bothersome. In fact, we actors are asked not to use anything that has a strong scent such as perfume or cologne because it's too distracting to other performers and crew. This one doesn't have too strong a scent, but I would rather it had none at all. AS A MOISTURIZER: It's very good, but then so other the other fancy moisturizers I've used. CORRECTING (Does it really 'correct'?): On this point I have to say yes, it works well. Fancy moisturizer will eliminate those dark circles around your eyes if you use it every day (which is caused by a thinning of the skin revealing the blood vessels below the surface), but the real difference here is in how correcting cream not only thickens the skin so you don't see those lines and dark spots, but also smooths and tightens the skin better. BOTTOM LINE: Yes, it really works, but I wish it didn't include the somewhat strong scent. Even my wife, who also tried this cream, didn't like the scent but it didn't bother her as much.

e’ gia’ la seconda volta che prendo questa crema. la prima volta mi e’ stata consigliata al duty free in areoporto. mi ha convinto il fatto che fosse biologica. mi sono trovata benissimo per la mia pelle mista di 40anni. ottima crema si stende bene idrata il giusto ed e’ riempitiva. sicuramente un’ottima marca e un acquisto da riconfermare.

Me encantó esta crema. Es muy hidratante sin ser nada grasosa, que era lo que necesitaba para mi cutis mixto. Cabe mencionar que he probado muchas otras cremas de alta gama y dermatológicas. Me deja una linda textura en la piel e incluso me calma ligeras rojeces. La súper recomiendo. La volveré a comprar.
